The “Climats” of Burgugndy
The viticulture terroir are linked to the notion of “Climats”. They reflect the diversity and the richness of the wines produced in Burgundy for centuries. Since 1850, Domaine Jessiaume has participated in the history of the region. Today, we produce fifteen different appellations.

Beautiful balance between citrus notes and a touch of brioche. Straightforward and taut on the palate. Discover a fine, balanced and refreshing white Santenay.
A wine of finesse, carried by aromas of crunchy red fruit and a supple tannic structure. Freshness and length on the palate.
An elegant nose blending acacia flowers and ripe apples. Generous and long on the palate, it reflects the richness of this limestone terroir with its many rocks, located above Les Gravières, near the Santenay mill.
In 2022, Beaune Cents-Vignes is a great success, its power and balance allowing it to be enjoyed today and for many years to come.
Located in Santenay, in the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Jessiaume is in the heart of Burgundy. Thirty-seven acres of vines span from Beaune to Santenay including Pommard, Volnay, Auxey-Duresses and Chassey Le Camp.
