Tasting Notes The wine has a beautiful medium purple color. Perfectly balanced with fresh, bright red fruit. The tannins are light and soft, and the acidity is seductive. Bourgogne 46°53'59.21"N 4°42'13.74"E Discover the plot
Winemaking After sorting in the vineyard and cellar, the grapes are destemmed and then directly vatted. Spontaneous fermentation then begins, followed by a 3-week cuvaison. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 10 months (0% new wood). No fining is carried out.
