Tasting Notes This Bourgogne Pinot Noir seduces with its bright ruby color and aromas of cherry, raspberry and violet. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fine tannins and fresh acidity prolonging the finish.
Winemaking After sorting in the vineyard and cellar, the grapes are destemmed and then directly vatted. Spontaneous fermentation then begins, followed by a 3-week cuvaison. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 10 months (0% new wood). No fining is carried out.
