Tasting Notes This 2022 Bourgogne Pinot Noir displays a bright ruby color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of fresh red fruits, with notes of cherry and raspberry, complemented by a hint of violet. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, with fine tannins and a lively acidity that pleasantly extends the finish. A refined wine, ready to enjoy now or after a few years of aging.
Winemaking After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly 3 weeks during alcholic fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.
